Solitude and personal space are all that we introverts need. Growing up introverted, all one ever seems to get are weird looks and snide remarks about our personalities and yearning for isolation.
‘It’s Alright, Silence’ is a visual diary of my experience growing up as an introvert in an extrovert-dominant society. The introverted characters are projections of myself, in dealing with how society treats introverts as well as when I’m in my self-created surreal alternate realities. It also gives insight into the concealed thoughts that introverts have kept secret. It is time to set them free.
